Interviews are only conducted at MJPS on Friday afternoon.
Selection will be made by a committee.
New directors will be announced during the exhibitor meeting Saturday morning.
Once selected, directors will serve a two year term afterwhich they may reapply.

- Finding donors
- Selecting judges
- Checking in exibitors
- Helping younger members show
- Running show rings
